Q1. What should I do if I can’t find the items I want on the website? 
If you can’t find the item on our website try using keyword search, or you can check the category section, or do an advanced search Our Live Chat staff will also be glad to help you locate the item you are looking for.
Q2. How do I change my email address? 
To change your email address, login to your account, and you can change it on this page. (It is a good idea to record your login details for your next order.)
Q3. How do I place an order? 
Placing an order on this site is quick and easy. Please use the following steps:
• Find the items you want
• Add to your Shopping Cart 
• Enter your personal details 
• Review your order and then submit your order
• Checkout 
Q4. How do I remove an item from the cart? 
You go to your shopping cart and find the item that you want to remove. Click the “remove” button on the page. That item will then be removed from your shopping cart.
Q5. How do I check my order status? 
At the “delivery” section of this site, you will find the link of the carrier. When we start to ship your item, we will send you an email with the tracking number.  You can track your order by the tracking number.
Q6. How do I complete an order?
First, check that your order is correct, then all you need to do is check out. Your order will then be completed. 
Q7. When will I receive my items after I place an order? 
When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number.  You can check your order with the number on your carrier’s website, (eg. Parcel Force, USPS). Also, when you make an order, you can get an estimated delivery time.
Q8. What's the price show on your website? 
The price on our website is the product purchase price, it does not include the delivery cost. You can view our delivery page for more information about the delivery cost.
Q9. Is there a charge for sales tax? 
There is no charge for sales tax on any orders.
